The rapper was already convicted in December last year on three counts — having an unregistered firearm in his vehicle, another one for assault with a semi automatic firearm while the third was about discharging the said firearm in an irresponsible and negligent manner.
The case was based on the incident that happened during a pool party in Hollywood back on July 12, 2020.
