Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas enjoyed their parents’ day out at the Wimbledon Women’s Final on Saturday. Dressed to the nines, the star-couple took their place in the ‘Royal Box’ to watch Marketa Vondrousova go up against Ons Jabeur for the grand slam title.
Taking to their social media handles, PC and Nick shared selfies and a bunch of photos from their seats.Sharing the photos on his handle, Nick wrote, “Beautiful day out at the tennis with my (heart). Such an honour to sit in the Royal box and watch @marketavondrousova win her first grand slam.”

The official Twitter page of Wimbledon also posted a photo of the couple seen in good spirits. “All set for the finals! Welcome to #Wimbledon, Priyanka and Nick,” the tweet read.

While at her seat, Priyanka was also seen clicking photos of her Wimbledon tickets that were later shared online. She was also seen sharing a cute moment with Nick as they whispered into each other’s ears.

For the big match, Priyanka donned a green and black dress paired with black open-toe legging boots. She accessorized her look with black sunglasses and a blue clutch. Nick, on the other hand, looked sharp in a brown suit with a matching tie and sunglasses.

Unseeded Czech Republic player Marketa Vondrousova clinched her maiden Wimbledon title, defeating No.6 seed Ons Jabeur of Tunisia 6-4, 6-4 in the final on Saturday. Marketa is now the first unseeded player to clinch a grand slam at Wimbledon since the legendary Billie Jean King in 1963.

After the match, Priyanka shared a cute clip of her husband struggling to tie her hair in the car. “Ponytails are complicated,” the actress captioned the clip that saw her giggling while watching Nick struggling to tie a neat pony.

On the work front, Priyanka, who was shooting for her film ‘Heads of State‘, lent her support to the ongoing Hollywood writers and actors’ strike. “I stand with my union and colleagues. In solidarity, we build a better tomorrow,” she captioned the photo.
