Kiara Advani reveals what Army officers told Sidharth Malhotra when he dusted off his uniform on ‘Shershaah’ shoot | Hindi Movie News



Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra met on the sets of ‘Shershaah‘, fell in love and eventually tied the knot. Hence, that films remains quite special to the couple. But that’s not the only reason why it’s special. ‘Shershaah’ was a very emotional, heart-wrenching story of Vikram Batraand it evolves a feeling of patriotism. The film also got a tremendous response from fans even though, it released on OTT.

Kiara has revealed recently an incident from when they were shooting the film. She said that they were around real army officers and during a scene, Sidharth just wiped off the dust from his uniform for a retake so that the continuity is maintained. But the army officers present on the site taught him that they refrain from wiping off the soil from their uniforms. It’s out of respect, as the soil of their country represents the land that they protect and it’s a symbol of their commitment and love for this land.
‘Shershaah’ continued to remain etched in the hearts of the audience and it’s one of the most loved performances of Sidharth and Kiara. The songs of the film also striked a chord with people.

On work front, Kiara was last seen in ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ and will be seen next in S Shanker’s ‘Game Changer‘ with Ram Charan. Sidharth is currently shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’ and will be seen next in ‘Yodha’.
