After making their big Bollywood debut with ‘Student Of The Year’, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan went on to work in films like, ‘Kalank’, ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. Fans absolutely loved their onscreen chemistry and are eagerly waiting for them to reunite once again.

In a recent interview, Varun revealed that as a team, they have discussed a lot about the possible sequel to the ‘Dulhania’ franchise and all of them want to do it.

However, he added that they want something really exciting so that fans are also equally interested and excited to watch the film.Varun also told Pinkvilla that Shashank Khaitaan is on it and is trying to crack a script which will be good enough for their comeback. According to him, it is a work in progress and Alia and he would love to work with each other again.

Varun was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Bawaal‘ co-starring Janhvi Kapoor. The film received positive reviews from the audience and the critics alike. He will next be seen in ‘Sanki’.
Alia, on the other hand, is currently flying high on the success of her latest film, ‘

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani‘ with Ranveer Singh. She will next be seen in her Hollywood debut film, ‘Heart of Stone’.
