Recently, Dharmendra’s wife Hema Malini was quizzed as to what she thought about her husband kissing Shabana Azmi on screen. To this, the diva told Zoom that she has not watched the scene yet. She also added that she is sure people have loved the film and that she is very happy for Dharam ji, because he loves to be in front of the camera all the time.
Earlier, talking about the kiss, Shabana Azmi had revealed that she never guessed that the scene would create such a fuss and said that the audience in the theatre was cheering and laughing when the kiss played on-screen. She added that while she hasn’t kissed as many actors on-screen, she said that shooting the scene was never an issue. She went on to tease, “Who wouldn’t want to kiss a man as handsome as Dharmendra?”
